Virus deleted Avira Menu?!

Well ,

 

i had  a virus and avira deleted it really good!,GOOOD JOB!!

BUT after deleting the virus ,Avira DIDNT open up the menu.we reinstalled like the tutorial sayd.but its still not opening .al the other functions work but Avira doesnt open up the menu .the virus was one of those that delete the programms ,so you  cant use it ...CAN IT BE THAT THE VIRUS DELETED AVIRA ANTIVIRUS FUNCTION?! 

i tryed to start the Antivirus manually but it did not open up. Windows sayd its atcive ..... 

 

please help me :(

  We recommend a repair installation of your Avira software.

  Please proceed as follows:

  • Download the installation file and save it on your computer:

  https://install.avira-update.com/package/antivirus/win/en-us/avira_antivirus_en-us.exe

  • Run the file.
  • Select Repair / update and click Next.

  After the repair installation has been completed, please restart your computer.
