Charged but not received license key.

I have been charged for Avira Prime but I have not yet received any license key and it's been 2 days now since you guys have charged me.
Actually, I have deleted my FREE account as I wanted to use a different email address and you guys charged me automatically without my consent. How can you do this? It's an unfair practice.
And most importantly, you guys don't have any customer support email, live chat, or phone number. I am like searching for the support details for the whole two days. What kind of service is this?
Please explain?!
