programm failure

hello, for few days when clicking on avira it shows the usual image but shows "avira security does not answer" and i cannot use any part of the programm. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, butnit is still blocked. this is FREE avira under windows 10 on my desk computer. the same program is on my laptop ... and is working normally ?? could you please help (in French would be very fine !!)

  Well, sadly we cannot offer French support at this board here.

  Please try these steps which are explained in this article and see if the issue still persists. Also, make sure that no other antivirus software is installed and active. This could force your mentioned issues.
