AVIRA is not working on MAcOs Catalina 10.15.6

Since yesterday my AVIRA Antivirus is not working, i did not change anything on my mac. I have MAcOs Catalina 10.15.6. I tried to uninstall and reinstall several time, but each time when I try to enable real time protect AVIRA doesn't react at all, When I try to run fast scan, always I am getting the error plugging error etc.

 

Any suggestions? need your help!!

  I'm sorry to hear you have issues with Avira on your Mac. How did you trigger the uninstallation?

  After that, a reboot would help before you install Avira again.

  Hi, I have similar problem. Since I installed Avira on my MacBook Air 2020 i7 16 GB ram with latest MacOS 10.15.6, the computer freezes aproximitly. once a day. The mouse curser can still move, but that's all. The only way out of this, is to reboot the computer via power button. When removing Avira, this problem stops. Is there a solution to this problem?

  I can see this is your first post in the Avira Community. Welcome!

  Your problem sounds a bit different from what Rached experienced. As your problem with the freezing system seems to be a new one, would you agree that I create a ticket in your name so we can investigate the issue with your help by gathering logfiles from your Mac?

  Yes that would be possible for me to send log files. I reinstalled Avira, and I disabled "Real Time Protection", and no "freezing" so far. I made report yesterday with https://etrecheck.com , can I send you this file in a safe way?

  Rebooting solves nothing.  Avira won't install after the "Open Preferences">Add to "Full Access" (to both Avira apps)>Click "Later", there is nothing.  I have Catalina 10.15.7.  Nada.

  I run Catalina 10.15.7. Downloaded and installed free Avira Security. However, I am not able to set up the Security Page as the page is frozen. Therefore Avira is a no go. I have tried several times, without / without rebooting, etc. It doesn't work.

  Today I found that Avira is not working and reinstalled according to the below advice , But cannot activate it.

  I am using  Catalina 10.15.4. please let ,me know of who to activate.Thanks in advance.
