What is the oldest MacOS version supported?
CompletedHi, every time I pressed the "scan" button, it will show "an error occurred during the scan" and "an error occurred in the plugin". Also, the app says "authentication plugin failed" therefore I cannot change the settings. Is the app doesn't support my MacOS version? My MacOS version is 10.10.5. Thanks.

Sadly, your used macOS version isn't supported for a while. So you are in need to upgrade to macOS 10.13.x at least. Sure, we highly recommend upgrading to the latest version of macOS if possible.
