    Your annoyance is understandable, but you have received instructions and information.
    It is described that we are a publicly accessible forum here, that no personal data may be processed here - Data Protection GDPR !
    We have no access to your customer account here and can neither activate your license nor initiate a refund for you - see information by Arthur Lukas Huptas already sent from 04.08.2020.


    If you have destroyed the access data for your new license, your payment transaction should include a reason for payment.
    Please let us know if you can provide this reference number or the transcription code - as well as the e-mail address with which this data was delivered.
    With these 2 data there might be a possibility to search for the deleted license.

    Please let us know only if you can provide these important documents and if you agree to a search for your license. Please stay in this thread to get the overview. Thank you.

    If we have your consent form, after that the Avira support team will contact you in order to exchange the necessary documents - in accordance with data protection regulations - with you via email. The e-mail will also explain how you can enter the required data.
