Following your promotional offer, on August 27, I changed my monthly subscription to an annual subscription. Without explanation from you I did not pay attention to the license number which is different from one subscription to another. So today I received a monthly subscription debit notice of € 9.95.
I was able on my space to deactivate the monthly subscription which expires in 35 days. I do not only use your software on my computer and therefore ask you to be kind enough to take these 35 days into account in my annual subscription and to confirm your agreement.
