Items added in PWM on Mac don't show in the Android app

Whenever I add new Passwords or Wallet items through the browser app on Mac I don't see them back in my Android app.

I've tried everything from clearing app storage and logging back in again to reinstalling the app but everything seems to no avail.

I can see them on my Windows PC in the browser just fine. So newly added items show in the browser but not in the Android app.

  Same problem here. The Android app and desktop version (Windows 10, Chrome) don't synch anymore. Neither changed passwords synch nor get new accounts added to the mobile app.

   

  General question: Is this forum dead and I have to spam the Play Store with 1 star ratings or will there a helpful information be  posted in the near future? I ask because most postings don't get a solution or any response at all...

  In the above case it is about applications that are to be added to the Mac. During the investigation at the support team it was suspected that it could be a transfer/synchronization problem. Apple is also aware of the difficulties involved in synchronization.

  Your problem is with Windows-Android that the synchronization does not work properly. We will forward your contribution to the support team.
  They will contact you to check and evaluate your settings. This may take a few days.
