How to Find Anti Virus in Avira Free Security Add exceptions

Good day,

 

Recently my Malwarebytes unable to update through their server.

I have contacted with Malwarebytes, they claim that maybe the Avira Free Security is block the update.

Their suggest me to do as below :

Exclude files or processes

1. Click the Avira icon in the taskbar to open Avira.
2. Search for Antivirus and click Open.
3. Click the settings symbol in the lower left corner.
4. Click PC Protection → Exceptions.

However the Avira Free Security unable to locate the Anti Virus, please advise and help.
