  Hello Henrik,

  Please let us know whether the license was purchased in the Avira Online Shop or in the App Store.
  If purchased from Avira, the license should be stored and displayed in your Avira customer account at https://my.avira.com.  

  If you purchased from the App Store, please look with your Apple ID on your Apple device iPhoneX
