Avira Pro - cant initialize my paid licence

    Hello Michal,

    You write under Security for iOS.  You have not given any details of where you acquired the licence.

    Did you buy the license from Apple in the App Store?
    Normally, this licence should be in your Apple account and find with your Apple ID.

    If it isn't, you will have a receipt for the purchase, so you can ask Apple why it is not in your Apple account and why you are getting an error message.

    Avira does not have access to Apple accounts.
    Apple will certainly provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the installation.

    I have the same problem. I bought the suscription in the Apple Store for the Pro model and only it's working the free model. I try to write to you in the support page (For Home) and it´s not working. I tried in Chrome and Microsoft Edge and I have the same situation. Can you provide me with a contact e-mail? Thank you

    Upgraded to Pro but app still shows free version. I click restore purchase and error message comes up. I only have one account with Avira and it is same with Apple.

    Is it possible that you accidentally overlooked our answers of 18.10.2020, see here:

    "If you purchased your licence from Apple at the App Store, the licence will be deposited in your Apple customer account.
    Please contact Apple to find out why the subscriptions from iPad and iPhone are not recognized in your Apple account.

    Avira has no access to your Apple customer account.

    On 18.10.2020 you also contacted the support team. There you have access to your customer account - know your problems - so it would be advisable to continue contacting the support team there, following your previous requests.
