    Unfortunately you have not given any information about your OS and where the licence was purchased.
    Is the licence displayed in your customer account under subscription?
    Here you will find instructions on how to buy and install it, if you have followed these instructions.

    I have windows 10, and yes the subscription shows in my account as active. But the application still runs as the free version
