i have a prime subcription on another device (upto25devices) yet this computer keeps trying to get me to pay again . what do i do to connect all devices.

  Please describe exactly how you proceed.
  What is the operating system of this computer and the device that already has the Prime license installed.

  Did you purchase the Prime license in the Avira Online Shop? If both devices have a Windows operating system, then log in to your customer account on the 2nd device at https://my.avira.com   with the email address you used on the other PC, i.e. you have purchased the license.
  Under Subscription, you will find your licence and from there you can install this activated licence.
