Renewal does not work for Avira Phantom VPN
CompletedMy subscription automatically renewed on 27 September 2020 (thru Apple Store), but when I try to login both the app on my iPhone and on my iPad it says that I do not have a subscription. I also can't contact Avira, since they do not see my renewal, I guess. What should I do? I already paid for the renewal for a whole year for Avira Phantom VPN. Please advise.
