    Hello Christian,

    This problem is known, the product was purchased from Apple and is therefore registered in the Apple customer account

    The problem could be solved by cancelling the product with Apple
    https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT204084  and newly acquired in the Avira online shop https://www.avira.com/en/vpn-pro . The license would then be in the Avira customer account and can be edited and viewed at any time.
