CompletedI recently purchased a new computer and it came with a trial subscription to a pretty robust security package. Just about the same time my auto renewal kicked in for AVIRA. Since I didn't need both I canceled the pay one and contacted AVIRA for a refund. I was pretty certain I would get the legalize, you signed up for it your stuck with it. Au contraire - an agent contacted me, I explained the situation to them and voila, within minutes a refund promise was emailed out to me. That is customer service and why when my trial runs out I will be back with AVIRA to protect my computer. Thank you AVIRA - customer support is very important to your users and you have nailed it and set the bar very high. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
