  Please check your access data via https://my.avira.com   and your subscription will be displayed under  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 
  Have you installed your license from here?

  If you have 2 e-mail addresses, please check if you have registered with the correct one.
  The licence must be displayed under Subscriptions in your customer account, then you can install it from here.

  You have already created a ticket with the support team, from there you will receive further information.
