Antivirus pro Mac can't scan. says 'finished' after 0 files

Is there a workaround?

I already uninstalled twice. and reinstalled but without success.

Avira still can't scan anything.

Usually it scans the files and you see the number increase, but this time, nothing happens...

  Hello Ryo,

  There's no workaround as your used macOS 10.12 aka macOS Sierra isn't supported for a while. So please perform an upgrade to use Avira and also for security matters.

  Hello,

  I am using OS 10.11.6 El Capitain as my Mac is older (2010) but still works perfectly for everyday purposes. Does not Avira support this OS anymore?
