Unable to finish Avira Prime install

No allow button in systems and preferences.

I Have the same problem after update from Avira Antivirus to Avira Prime. The install don't finished and new allow button in systems and preferences. Also the same now if I go back Avira Antivirus.

The support sent the following solution, which also solved the problem:

Please uninstall Avira from your Mac first.
- Now please install the free version which you can find under the following link:
https://www.avira.com/de/free-security- After installation, log in at the bottom of the Avira interface with your user data (email address + password for Avira account).
Your license should now be available again.
If "Free Security" is still displayed, but you can see your name in the top right corner, please restart the app once.

If you're having an active Avira license, please login into after installation is completed.
