Renewal does not work for Avira Phantom VPN
CompletedMy subscription automatically renewed on 27 September 2020 (thru Apple Store), but when I try to login both the app on my iPhone and on my iPad it says that I do not have a subscription. I also can't contact Avira, since they do not see my renewal, I guess. What should I do? I already paid for the renewal for a whole year for Avira Phantom VPN. Please advise.

Hello Remco,
You have purchased your licence with the current renewal in the App Store at Apple. Then this extension should also be in your Apple customer account.
If your license was purchased in the Avira Online Shop, only then will it be displayed in the Avira customer account.
Please log in to your Apple customer account, there you will find your license. If this is not the case, you will have to connect to Apple, Avira does not have access to an Apple account.

I have attached the license from the apple store in this message, but my app does not work with the pro license I renewed.
What do I need to do to get it working again. I already deleted the app en re-installed it again and that did not help.

Your licence is in your Apple customer account, you have purchased it from Apple in the App Store.
Therefore, you have to log in with your Apple ID in the Apple customer account. There your licence would have to be displayed and also activated via Apple. After activation, please follow the instructions provided by Apple.Avira has no access to Apple customer accounts.
If you had purchased the license in the Avira Online Shop, it would be activated in the Avira customer account, and we would be able to view your data.Please log in to your Apple customer account and follow the descriptions Apple provides you with for installing your license.
Unfortunately, we cannot help you with your Apple installation, the activation can only be initiated by the customer himself - possibly with the help of Apple Customer Service. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello Pascha,
Just had contact with Apple support, they told me to contact Avira again to resolve the license-activation issue in my iOs app.
According to them I've paid me license fee but the Phantom VPN app software supported via Avira and not via Apple. See attached my order ID: MLY096M297.
Please help me to resolve thuis issue, thank you?
