VPN Download error
CompletedI purchased a digital copy of VPN Phantom PRO at Amazon.com,
I then tried to activate/download using the supplied license code,
and i just get the following message ERROR.
cannot find a working link that gets me to support.
I purchased thru a 3rd party retalier - Amazon.com, they tell me to contact the developer- Avira, But unable to download from the Avira activation page, so there is no Avira Support available. talk about a cat chasing its tail, see attached photo, e-mail address & code have been temporarily erased

Did you follow these instructions for activation?

If so, then the activation should work.
If it does not, the retailer would have to use your proof of purchase to ensure that the product is in perfect condition.
Often older products are delivered with special prices, but the dealer can inform you about this.
We have no documents about your purchase here. If the license is purchased in the Avira online shop, it is immediately activated in the customer account and can be installed directly.Customers of the Premium Version with a valid license can contact the support team directly, i.e. if you have an activated license at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support
Without a valid licence the support team cannot be reached via your customer account.
