Full analysis window closes

Hello, I was trying to do a full scan of my computer, the problem is that the Luke Filewalker window closes by itself after a while, without showing the scan results. Apparently the analysis is canceled but does not show any error. If I run the quick scan, it works fine. What could it be?

 

My OS is Windows 10.

  Hello Luis,

  Have you ever tried to look at the scan report in LOGFILES?

  There the report is shown and if the scan is aborted prematurely, it will be shown in the scan report with the error message.

  WIN 10 : " C:\ProgramData\Avira\Antivirus\LOGFILES  "   without inverted commas  ⇒           see:  AVSCAN ⇒ Date
  
  There you will find each scan sorted by date.
  You can check if an error has stopped the scan, if it has run normally and if any errors have been found.
