NOT WORKING SINCE I STARTED PAYING
IN THE PAST I USED AVIRA FREE, AND IT WORKED FINE
NOW THAT I AM PAYING $9.99 PER MONTH, THE PROGRAM BALKS AND NO LONGER WORKS.
ON THE TASKLINE, IT DOESN'T EVEN ACTUATE.
WHAT DO i DO NOW? I STILL NEED THE PROGRAM TO WORK,
BUT CHOOSING TO PAY DID NOT HELP ITS FUNCTIONALITY.

The Avira Prime version has many new applications that you first have to familiarise yourself with.
Did you previously have the version "Avira Free Security for Windows", i.e. the current free version?
