Uninstall unwanted application

I feel very embarrassed to see that an antivirus install unwanted applications. How can I remove "Software update", "Phantom VPN" etc..etc..?

This Avira through the years from antivirus become a kind of spam, PUA, application program. I am quite sure from now to don't renew again. But now I paid it so...how I can remove these modules? Look like impossible from the main program.

I really disappointed. I pay for an antivirus not for a fancy, invasive, spam software.
