    If you have applied for a refund, you will certainly have a copy of the refund application.
    You are posting here in the community, a publicly accessible forum.
    Personal data cannot and must not be processed here according to the Data Protection GDPR. We have no insight into refund requests, which are directed to the support team.

    Customers of the Premium products with a valid licence can contact the support team directly:

    I've been trying in vain to place a request for a refund. I need to have a licence but i don't know what a licence is. is it a code number or what? Do I need  to turn my subscription off before I  find the licence and place the refund request? Help!

    Dear sir,

    I wrote to your firm a couple times  but it seems no one is home at your firm. Avira charged me for another two year subscription since I cancelled my subscription a long time ago. I request a prompt refund of my membership fee.  My emailadress is vwyn44st@outlook.com. Please refund my 79 euros  and respond! I send a message with the paypal invoice also!
