    Hello Nicola,

    Unfortunately, you have not provided any information about your device and which OS is installed on it!

    Have you ever installed Avira versions on your PC?

    Then please make sure that all remnants are removed.
    Perform a manual reinstallation after cleaning, see:

    After that, the installation should be completed. We hope the instructions helped you.
