Subscription not active even after payment
CompletedI cannot reach the customer support to resolve my subscription problem. I have made the payment and still my subscription is not active.

If you purchased the license in the Avira online shop, the license will be linked to the customer account and the email address used for the purchase - immediately after payment.
Please log in https://my.avira.com/de/auth/login with this e-mail address in your customer account under https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans where the license will be displayed and you can install it immediately.
If your license is not displayed, please check the e-mail address you used to register.If something is still unclear, please let us know, we are happy to help.
