    Hello Teng,

    the "Scan" button I click it, but no response, the luke filewalker window cant jump  

    Please describe what you mean by this.

    Have you done a scan before where this worked? Have you changed any settings?

    I re-install v15 but now problem is this

    i dont know what happen for avira

    my OS is Win7

    i only close the firewall, because my firewall use comodo
