PWM passwords are not working for some websites

I recently installed SSD and installed new windows and browsers etc all the things. I downloaded Avira's password manager and logged into it with my login details using the Master Password. But, password manager is not working for the website https://carpetcleanerpicks.com. I do not know what can be the possible reason for that.
