Reimbursements
I no longer need the Avira Software. I was charged for it and need to get reimbursed. Is there a phone number to call? Using the computer does not work.

Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used to purchase the licence.
There, the licence is displayed under https://my.avira.com/de/auth/login and can continue to be used with automatic licence renewal with the extended term.
If you do not wish to extend the licence, you can deactivate it by following the instructions below in order not to receive an extension.
