Prime subscription for 5 devices

Hi,

if I have three MacBook Pro (all running BigSur) can I protect them all with one licence Prime (x 5 devices)?

If Yes, should I log in on Avira Security on all three devices with the same account? or I could use different accounts and a product key? how your subscription is delivered?

  Hello,

  Please excuse the delayed response, we are sorry.

  Yes. The 3 devices can be protected with the license.

  No, you don't get a product key anymore. Today, the license is activated directly to the email address that was used when ordering.

  The question is whether you purchased the license in the Apple App Store or in the Avira online shop.

  If you purchased the license in the App Store, then the license will be stored activated in your customer account at Apple.

  If the license was purchased in the Avira Online Shop, you will find your activated license in your Avira customer account under Subscriptions after the order process.

  From there you can protect the other devices and the devices installed with Prime are displayed under "Devices".

  Have Prime and 5 devices but I have somehow duplicated some devices so system shows 7 devices, although actually only have 5 devices loaded with Avira software (x1 Laptop and x4 iPhone.

  How do I define which are the duplicate devices and which can be removed without causing issues. 

  System states if "Remove Device" then this device will no longer be accessible and it is best only to use "Remove Device" only if device is lost or stolen.

  Any assistance would be appreciated.
