I continue to get this error despite having set up the site in the exceptions for VPN.

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.lowes.com/" on this server.

  Hello Steven,

  Sadly, it's not possible to exclude specific URLs. So you just can turn VPN on or off.

  Also, some kinds of pages restricting access through a VPN service which is mad but not easy to workaround.
