Hello I’m being automatically charged for Avira Antivirus subscription and REQUIRE cancellation and chargeback, PLEASE. I will contacted you by email and signatures were not found in any of my emails!! Sorry, I do not speak english very well, but i need help!!! I CANNOT BE CHARGED FOR THAT!

  We are a publicly accessible forum, personal data may neither be questioned nor processed here in accordance with the Data Protection GDPR.
  Questions about licences and personal data can only be dealt with by the support team. Your customer account with your licences is located there, we have no access to it here.
  You have already created a ticket there, so we would like to ask you to continue your request with the licence there, unfortunately this is not possible here in the community. Thank you for your understanding.
