  Please log in https://my.avira.com/de/auth/login  to your customer account, importantly with the email address with which the licence was purchased, especially if several addresses are stored in the customer account at Avira.    Under  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans  is displayed your license

  Premium customers with an active licence can contact the support team directly.
