- Which OS is it, exact Mac version, all updates?
- The BS of the mobile device
- Did you purchase the license in the Avira Online- Shop or in the App Store?
- Is the license displayed in your Avira customer account?
- Please describe exactly how you installed the Prime version on your "mobile account".
- Do you get error messages?
