    Could you please be so kind as to describe your problem in detail and give us more information about your installation?

    • Which operating system is installed on the device?
    • Which Avira version is in use there?
    • Did you purchase the license in the Avira online shop?
    • What is written in the customer account under subscriptions?
    • Did you install your license from there?
    • Did the installation already work?
