purchase prime does not work
AnsweredUsing Avira free security I found it time to upgrade ...
After filling in my credit card details to purchase prime the app wrote 'ok' but nothing after that:

It tried this three times but the same keep happening although in a different ui:

Now what? This does not raise comfort nor confidence in your product.
After some time an automated email was send with instructions to complete my purchase and a link: same shit:

So, what can you do for me?

With which data are you registered at Avira? Do you already have an Avira customer account? Do you get access to your customer account with your email address and the password you have chosen yourself, i.e. with your access data to the Avira customer account?
We cannot say why this does not work for your order.
