Why can't I instal "prime" to my four devices??
AnsweredThis problem is beyond crazy. I have paid for Prime for two years now and I still cannot get it installed on four of my five devices. Every time i receive a "prime" email saying it is ready to download (on my other devices) it actually just downloads the 'free" version and wants to charge me to "upgrade" to Prime. How braindead is that?
I am a breath away from junking the entire system and starting over with someone with better, more personal customer service.

We are sorry that you are so dissatisfied and have difficulties with the installation on additional devices.
Please check the licence in your customer account, from there the activated Prime licence can protect further devices: https://my.avira.com/en/auth/login Important, log in with the e-mail address with which you purchased the licence.Your licence should be displayed under subscriptions: https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans There you should see the green bottom Install.
In your problem report you unfortunately did not specify for which operating system your installed licence is. Furthermore, we unfortunately cannot know on which operating system you want to install the other Prime licences.

From there you can get help with your installations or even with not quite correct changes or new installations, by e-mail or telephone. You can also have them check your system to make sure everything is set up correctly for the installation of the PRIME licence.
