    Unfortunately, you have not provided us with much information. It would be nice if you could send us more information.

    • Which OS? Current with all updates?
    • Which Avira version?
    • Did you find a scan in the reports?
    • Have you activated the hidden files in the control panel?
    • Did you set your protocolling mode to COMPLETE in System Scanner ⇒ Report?

    Did you perform the manual reinstallation with prior clean the system?
