    Hello Victor,

    If you have purchased a license (1 - 2 - 3 years) on 29. March 2020, then your order should be available accordingly in your customer account.
    Please log in with your access data  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home   in your Avira customer account, under https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans  you will see the license. From there you should install the license.

    Without a more detailed description, it is difficult to imagine what is not working and why. Check your activation settings. Describe us your problem:

    • Which OS is installed (exact version up to date with all updates)
    • Which Avira version (single version or bundle)
    • Did your installation already work?
    • Did you make any changes?
    • Do you get an error message?
    • Could you please send a screenshot?
