After installing latest AVIRA have Wifi disabled on windows 8

    Please describe exactly which Avira version (Free or Pro) you are trying to install, where you downloaded the installation data.
    Please check your customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/auth/login  under Subscriptions https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 
    which Avira version or license is displayed there.
    Did you start this process from there by clicking on INSTALL?

    Please describe exactly which Avira version (Free or Pro) you are trying to install, where you downloaded the installation data.

    I use Free installer, received from avira.com. I did not login to avira.com before installer was downloaded.

    Please check your customer account

    Installed version for now: None

    Looks logical because I deleted the product gently and roughly.

    Unfortunately, we cannot judge the problems of your Internet connection

    I do not confirm my internet connection problems, because I switched from disabled wireles connection to wired and I was managed to download Avira registry cleaner and Avira support collector on this device immediately after reboot.

    If the problems were not solved after these instructions

    I tried to follow the instructions, but my second attempt (rough uninstall) was performed when the installer failed to start. I also was not managed to follow the instructions because it was written for Windows 10, but my system was Windows 8.1. I did not find some directories. And I can not start installer because it reports failure before asking anything. I've got an Avira support collector report which I can send, but I don't know a proper address.

    I was much more disappointed with the issue then. Now, I'm thinking positively and trying to resolve it. At first without restoring from backup. Anyway, I hope that my best chance is a last backup from this system. I will write a comment when I receive any results.
