    You have already been in contact with the support and requested changes. Your contract documents can be used by the support-team to check your settings. Correct changes are especially important for PWM settings.

    Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account and cannot see any changes. Therefore, it would be useful if you continue to contact the support team with this request.

    In addition, your questions can be answered in a GDPR-compliant manner by emailing the support team. The community is a publicly accessible forum, personal data cannot and must not be processed here according to the Data protection GDPR.
