Biometric not asked after an update...
CompletedHi, I have an Android phone (S10) after an Avira Password Manager APP upgrade, the app asked me the password instead of the biometric access. I forgot both password (login and master password) I was able to reset the login, but the second one there is no way!!!!
Why the app lost the setting to use biometric!
How this can be set without accessing the app?
please help me!

Hello Fabrizio,
Due to restrictions of Android, the biometric details aren't stored by us and need to be verified from time to time. This behavior isn't forced by Avira since is a security feature by Android.
If you've forgotten your master password we're not able to restore your data. This is also the reason why we're noting this on several points within our password manager app.
