Im unable to get any contact with customer support via all given ways.

ive been searching through aviras websites to try and find contact either via email or a ticket system but i have found no way that works because either the buttons dont work or they take you back to the support website where the button doesnt work. i would like a  email for customer support so i can get help with uninstalling avira due to the ways they have provided not working and at this point this software is partially viral due to it not uninstalling and making my pc slow. plus this company seems respectable enough that they dont want the word viral spread around with their name on it. so im hoping ill get a email for support or a way to get this damn "antivirus" of my pc due to it causing issues and the ways to get rid of it provided do not work. i have tried multiple times and followed all the steps to find that the bulk of it is gone but the main processes of the software are running on task manager taking up cpu power and more. manual ending the tasks dont work and its starting to become annoying.
