subscription doesnt show on the app
AnsweredMy subscription doesn't show on the app and i cant contact support , it says register but when i try it says my email is already in use , I've tried a password reset but i still cant sign into the app on windows 10 even though i paid for a year subscription

Without further information it is difficult to say something about your request.
- Which OS is installed on your system (exact version with current updates)?
- Which VPN are you using (standalone or bundled)?
- Where did you purchase the license? (in the Avira online shop)?
- Did you log in with the email address you used to purchase the license?
- Did you use the password from the registration when logging in?
If your licence is not displayed in https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
then something has not gone correctly with your registration.

My laptop has Windows 10 home version 20H2 installed OS build 19042.804
I am using Phantom VPN purchased through the Microsoft app store with paypal and the addresses are the same for both
yes i can login to my account using a web browser with the same details i registered with but it doesn't show any subscriptions
If i try and login to the app it says my account is locked please visit the my account page to unlock it , when i visit the page it lets me login but will not login on the app
it now says on the app that ive reached my data limit although it showed unlimited when i first paid the subscription

so now i can log into the app and it lets me sign in and it shows unlimited data , but still doesn't show any active subscriptions on the website
