Safety risk? What does this popup on W10 relate to?
Since a few days this popup appears always on the screen. What does it relate to? As long as the source remains unknown I do not dare to click the "x". 
The quick virus scan indicated: clean. The complete scan is still running. I found in the Internet that it may possibly be related to Avira.

Mine did not have the "OK"-button. It has now not turned up again. May be the antivirus scan removed it?

The OK button only shows up when you mouse over the correct area.

Any idea on the risk pressing any parts of such a popup? Any idea on the origin of thiis popup? How is it possible to stop all such popups on W10 which appear to be some advertising?

Not certain, but I believe this to be a pop-up ad for Avira's firewall or VPN service that somehow got broke. I got those before about as frequently as I get this now. Clicking the "Ok" button does nothing and malware scans on my PC are clean.

Thanks for your information that its origin is indeed from Avira. I hope the responsible persons read this thread and prevent in future producing anonymous pop-ups.
