Hi, when I try to activate all the avira features I get the following message:

"Sorry, the content you are trying to access is not available offline.
Please check your internet connection and try again "

Why?

  Do you only have no internet connection with Avira? It is due to your settings, if Avira is set as offline for you. It is stated, check your internet connection. What is disturbing your internet connection?
