    Unfortunately, you have not provided us with any information that would allow us to get an idea of your contribution. Unfortunately, we cannot determine here in the community what is wrong with the "Hungary" connection.

    Premium customers with a valid licence can contact the support team directly:

    The support team has your contract documents at hand and can therefore initiate checks of your installation, to which we do not have access here. In addition, correspondence with the support team can be conducted via email in accordance with the GDPR.
    We will gladly try to assist you with precise information. Maybe it was a temporary malfunction?
