Where is the configuration file on mac ?

I have already read this article, but I could not find the configuration file in '/Library/Application\ Support/Avira/Scanner/config/'.

I want to just add folder and file exceptions for Real-time protection function. 

Where is the configuration file? How do I add exceptions?

Mac : BigSur11.2.1

Avira Security:1.6.0

  Hello Yohei,

  At the moment there's no configuration file for our latest version available. Our dev. team is working on a GUI to add such exceptions. Sadly, we cannot provide a release date yet.

  Thank you so much for contributing this information! I have been driving myself crazy trying to make folder path exceptions by manually creating the config folder and file, then editing the file.

  I can now see why that does not work, although it should have been obvious to me after I noticed the absence of the avguard.conf file. 

  Is there any update as to when the GUI will have the exceptions? Also is there a practical work around to make exceptions in the meantime?
