Hi,

I recently updated my windows, unfortunately the Chrome wasn't performing well after that so I cleared cache of the user and restarted the laptop. Resulting, I have lost the saved password in the user and now I cannot remember. My site is based on a certain location and I should edit/update using the same IP, how do I recover the password?

  Hello Jennifer,

  Which Avira version is installed, free or the paid version?

  Your problem is not entirely understandable.
  You have used a password and deleted it.
  If you have not stored the password anywhere and you no longer remember the password, you can only use a new password to access the password-protected apps.

  Did you try "forget password" and get a link to reset password in the email?

  Use the same IP and simply reset password using your gmail.
